Alchemy Tattoo Work Exchange Program

Our Work Exchange Program offers aspiring tattoo apprentices the opportunity to gain access to our year-long apprenticeship program in exchange for their valuable contributions to the shop. We believe in fostering a collaborative environment and providing hands-on experience to help you kickstart your tattooing career.

Services to be Exchanged:

• Access to training and participation in the apprenticeship program
• Front desk services including customer service, cleaning & sterilization, social media marketing, and general office upkeep and maintenance

Eligibility Criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Work experience in a related field
• Proficiency in the work environment's language
• Physical ability to perform required tasks
• Legal right to work in the country (proof may be required)
• Personal qualities such as a strong work ethic, responsibility, and a positive attitude

Application Requirements:

• Completion and submission of an application with personal information, work experience, and educational background

Duration of Exchange: 24 weeks/6 months

Compensation:

• $15 per hour applied toward the cost of tuition
• Approximately 27 hours per week (24 hours for work exchange + 3 hours for on-the-job training)
